Hi Norbert, I just had a look at LocalTPM/texmf-dist/tpm/fpl.tpm from the texlive-debian SVN. If the file locations mentioned in this file match the actual installation, then there are a few more errors in addition to the one Frank described. Specifically:
. ppl*9d-kern.afm: these are source files and should be installed (or left out) together with the other ones . README: Does this file correspond to CTAN:fonts/fpl/README or to CTAN:fonts/fpl/source/README? The former is documentation and should be installed as such. . COPYING: That's a copy of the GPL.
