I've just encountered this same issue while building lxc on sh4: https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=lxc&arch=sh4&ver=1%3A5.0.1-2&stamp=1667666175&raw=0 It would be nice if doxygen could be fixed so it works consistently and correctly on 32-bit platforms.
