Hi,
I would like to start the Protobuf 3.29 transition soon, it's a;ready
available from experimental. While your package builds fine with it,
self-testing fails:

However, I realized you have a newer upstream version packaged in
experimental. It needs a newer libarcus package version which is also
available from experimental. With that version, your package builds
and self-tests correctly.
