retitle 366057 pork: Timestamp toggle broken
thanks

Ryan:

Here is a status of open bugs in pork from the debian bug tracking
system. I know we've discussed some of these, but I wanted to give you a
summary of known issues from my point of view. Just doing some spring
cleaning.

355514:
Pork will delete and recreate files that it doesn't have write
access to, including that of other users. This doesn't respect the
owner/mode the user has on the file, and is a problem that should be
dealt with.
This bug also has a wishlist item to not autoadd the AOL bots.

366057:
The commands and shortcuts to toggle timestamps on messages are
broken in 0.99.8.1 This is a regression from the past.

338199:
This is a wishlist item for pork to display IMs that are sent with <
and > in them.

I also want to add that I feel that the moving of /etc/porkrc to
/usr/... was a mistake, and I will continue to ship it in /etc for the
debian packages, as per debian policy.

Thanks for all your work. Let me know if I can help you with any of
these issues.

Benjamin
