I've noticed that now upstream says 2.3 branch is "stable" series, not development ones since 2.3.5. https://lists.gnupg.org/pipermail/gnupg-announce/2022q2/000472.html (2.3.5) https://lists.gnupg.org/pipermail/gnupg-announce/2021q4/000468.html (2.3.4) So, it may be better to migrate 2.3.x before releasing bookworm since it needs to be maintained long term.
