Package: darcs
Version: 1.0.6-1
Severity: wishlist

darcs creates lots of ssh connections. This is a problem for people
without key-based authentication, but it's also a problem for people
with slow network connections. e.g.

$ time ssh falcon echo foo
foo

real    0m2.344s
user    0m0.036s
sys     0m0.008s

$ time darcs push
Pushing to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]:src/rails/blogvon"...
No recorded local changes to push!

real    1m29.441s
user    0m1.396s
sys     0m0.560s

This has been fixed in upstream development, would you please apply this
patch. http://bugs.darcs.net/issue32
