Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?
   I use rlinetd to start a deamon on the IPv6 ULA address. Sometimes it
   give a message that it can't bind to that address. If I restart the
   service, it works. It sometimes starts before the IPv6 address is
   available to the system, maybe because of DAD.

   Oct 19 08:10:18 printserver rlinetd[419]: (/etc/rlinetd.d/printer:12) bind()
failed for service printer_tcp: Die angeforderte Adresse kann nicht zugewiesen
werden
The requested address cannot be assigned.

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
     rlinetd should start after all addresses are avaialbe and DAD
     finished.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   The specific service could not be started.
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
   The specific service can bind to the assigned address.
