I looked at the repository when I was preparing the report and didn't see any matches for "alioth" or "static ass"; I looked again, this time at the current sid package (0.0~git20200217.fc82521-1) and likewise see no matches. AFAICT this is an issue with the "static assets repository" (404s in the FAQ) which is part of manpages.d.o more so than debiman which is mostly frontend-agnostic it seems, and doesn't ship the FAQ/Index/About pages?
