With HTML output, @minus{} is converted to a hyphen instead of a real minus character (U+2212 MINUS SIGN). The Texinfo manual says: 11.8.9 '@minus' (-): Inserting a Minus Sign ------------------------------------------- Use the '@minus{}' command to generate a minus sign.
