Please note that src:sqlite and its binary packages are not part of Bullseye. The package you have installed on your system is a leftover probably from Buster. For this reason I can't change a non-existing package. You may grab the source package, change it and compile for yourself on both i386 and amd64.

Honestly, I don't know why you don't migrate your legacy applications. The last sqlite release is from 2005 and we are heading towards 2023 when it becomes an adult in human sense. The src:sqlite3 has more possibilities and most importantly fixes against possible data loss / security problems in the library. Regards, Laszlo/GCS
