Please note that src:sqlite and its binary packages are not part of Bullseye. The package you have installed on your system is a leftover probably from Buster. For this reason I can't change a non-existing package. You may grab the source package, change it and compile for yourself on both i386 and amd64.

Honestly, I don't know why you don't migrate your legacy applications. The last sqlite release is from 2005 and we are heading towards 2023 when it becomes an adult in human sense.
