Package: kernel-package
Version: 8.135
Followup-For: Bug #366485

sorry,

I am in error here. I didn't realise that kernel-package
needs debianized sources of third party modules. Reading the
man page for kpkg I just assumed it didn't (just like the case
of kernel source).

I'll debianize and try again and reopen if it still fails.

BTW: Why require debian/rules for building third party modules
if the makefile supports building from withing kernel tree ?

regards
b thomas
