Package: stterm Version: 0.8.4-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation? st, aka stterm in Debian GNU/Linux, is not selectable as x-www-terminal alternative. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? I tested the command "update-alternatives --config x-www-terminal" with the stterm package installed, for which no option, nor indication that stterm was allowed to be set as it, was showed. * What was the outcome of this action? There is no possibility to choose st as default graphical terminal following this bases, for which dependent programs and/or applications may not work properly or require previous configuration in order to use st. * What outcome did you expect instead? The possibility to choose st as default graphical terminal. -- System Information: Distributor ID: Devuan Description: Devuan GNU/Linux 4 (chimaera) Release: 4 Codename: chimaera Architecture: x86_64 Kernel: Linux 5.10.0-17-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU threads) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US:en Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: OpenRC (via /run/openrc), PID 1: init LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages stterm depends on: ii libc6 2.31-13+deb11u3 ii libfontconfig1 2.13.1-4.2 ii libx11-6 2:1.7.2-1 ii libxft2 2.3.2-2 ii ncurses-term 6.2+20201114-2 stterm recommends no packages. stterm suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
