an old static snapshot of the status page from 5 years ago, I've now
deleted it.
https://mirror-master.debian.org/status/mirror-status.html is updated
every 20 minutes or so; I've now added the mirror to the list it uses as
source, so it should show up soon.
https://www.debian.org/mirror/list is updated regularly, by filtering
the source list and removing mirrors with a low "score", as seen by the
mirror-status page.  So for new mirrors it takes a few days for the
score to reach the threshold.
