Thanks both! gnome-core is switching from pulseaudio to pipewire [1] without an alternative otherwise upgraders will stay with pulseaudio. It would be nice to have the possibility to stay with the alternative pulseaudio, but I think there is no easy way? I suppose [1] is enough to fix this issue at least for gnome-core, others DE will probably have a similar issue requiring this hack.
