Given the current situation, having an rsync mirror for our debuginfod
service has become essential. The service was using rclone as a
replacement but unfortunately it has been blocked from contacting the
debian-debug mirror.

One more time, I am offering my help here. I would like to have a good
solution for this problem that can make everybody as happy as possible.
I have been very understanding about the limitations of the Debian
Mirrors team, but I need *some* cooperation in order to make progress on
this.

Thank you.
