Dear Maintainer,
After upgrading to 1.7-4, I noticed 'for_window [...] ...' rules are no longer
respected. For instance, I have the following rule in ~/.config/sway/config:
for_window [app_id="wdisplays"] floating enable
I think we'll need to backport f167acce in addition to f614f35e.
