Hi again,

Dou you have some locally-installed harfbuzz lingering around somewhere 
in the library search path?

(i.e. /usr/local)

This sounds like a locally-installed harfbuzz without graphite2 support.

And if that is the case this is no bug. The packages can't only know 
what is in the official harfbuzz packages

ii  libgraphite2-3                  1.3.14-1
[...]
ii  libharfbuzz-icu0                2.7.4-1
ii  libharfbuzz0b                   2.7.4-1

And those DO have that as they ARE built with graphite2 support.
