Dear Maintainer, * What led up to the situation? I am creating a page that has a scrollable overflow-y. When I display a fixed div overlay over it, the scrollbar is not clickable, normally. Now, when entering responsive mode, the scrollbar becomes clickable and I can scroll around in the underlying div. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
