A little explanation here, the package oolite is available currently
only for i386 because non-free packages need to be added on a
whitelist on the experimental buildd network maintained by Andeas
Barth. I have contatced Andi some time ago and he said that he will be
activating the build for all the architectures during Debconf6, so it
should be avilable soon on other arches.
The veriant present now is there because it was the upload
architecture and the package was taken as it was built by Alexander
and put into the archive.
