No, we really want espeak-ng-mbrola to be the default when it's available and working. But when there is no voice available there, it won't be working so in that case speech-dispatcher shouldn't even enable it, and thus fallback to espeak-ng. I'll have a look at fixing that, thanks for the report that at last reached somebody who is actually in touch with speech-dispatcher! Samuel
