Similar to bug 1011646, this behavior is really not nice for our infrastructure. gcc-12 has requested 2 10 hour runs in the last two days, basically occupying one full host for a day.
I see a pattern in the ones that timeout on amd64. It seems that those tests that run on ci-worker13 (our most powerful host, with lots of cores and RAM) end NEUTRAL, while on other hosts they time out and FAIL.
