since bind9-dnsutils and bind9-host are Priority:standard, this breaks
--variant=standard chroots as created in the mmdebstrap autopkgtest and thus
breaking it. Therefore, bumping the severity to serious.

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
     bind9-dnsutils : Depends: bind9-libs (= 1:9.18.4-2) but it is not
installable
     bind9-host : Depends: bind9-libs (= 1:9.18.4-2) but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Steps to reproduce:

    $ mmdebstrap --variant=standard unstable /dev/null
    [...]

Thanks!

cheers, josch
