Bug#1011376: tpm2-pkcs11: Please import new upstream version

Hi,

I created the tpm2-pytss package locally and updated tpm2-pkcs11 to 
1.8.0 and are currently just waiting to get my salsa account approved. 
Then I will create a MR for those.
