the sbsiglist program requires an --owner parameter but the check
whether one is given is void, resulting in
sbsiglist --type x509 some-file
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
Problem: The owner check (ca l.241) probes for type_str, not
owner_guid_str - looks like a stupid copy error.
