Currently, we don't have any license information of debian/po/vi.po file. I think that we should update copyright information of debian/po/vi.po in debian/copyright file follow https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1014511#20 I didn't see it in copyright file or 0001-d-copyright-add-missing-entries-and-sort-by-date-Clo.patch file at Mark Hindley's attachment.
