It's a non-default setup, so it is by definition unexpected. It sounds like the documentation around sysvinit-core (which has to exist, otherwise a user who doesn't know about it would not even try it given it's not default) and how to enabled it needs some improvement. -- Kind regards, Luca Boccassi
