Package: kwin-x11 Version: 4:5.20.5-1 Severity: important Logging out of the system and logging in back in less than 5 seconds makes kwin-x11 fails to completely initialize. The only thing user may see after some time on the loading spinning wheel (in my case 5 seconds, CPU is i5-3320m) is a mouse cursor. You may move it, but that's all.
Logging in to another tty and typing '$ systemctl restart' causes "a stop job is running for session..." message to appear. systemd will wait for 1 minute and 30 seconds, after which it will kill "kwin-x11" process. If you wait on the login screen for 10 seconds after logging out and then try to log in back, everything would work as expected. I use SDDM on this system, perhaps it causes this bug, but the problem is it's shipped with KDE installation by default, so the bug is very easy to reproduce out of the box.
