Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?
Noticed that playing a bagpipe tune (the rouges - gravelwalk) from youtube did
not sound quite right at certain "spots".
Loaded up audacity and generated a 440hz tone.
Played on left vs right channel and the right channel somehow sounds slithgly
detuned *sometimes*.
The right channel sounds like it is detuned to 439Hz while the left channel
sounds normal (440Hz).

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Disabled multithreading (just for fun), disabled speed step, set process
affinity, rebooted.
Did only try on onboard Intel C230 chipset. Did *not* try on EMU20k1 (X-Fi
seres pci audio board)

   * What was the outcome of this action?
Not much ;) sometimes the sound is slightly detuned. Hardly noticeable on music.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
I expect that both channels plays at the same rate.

NOTE:
I have had some issues getting both channels to play (wiring issue). Jack ->
analog amplifier.
This was the reason I moved to onboard Audio to see if it was better/worse.
it might be that something extraordinary weird is happening - will try to
replace the cables at some point and update this. However I never experienced
this before Debian updated to pipewire so I don't think it is related.
(Actually I am not even sure it is pipewire, but I really do not have any other
idea).
