Package: dh-buildinfo
Version: 0.11+nmu2
Severity: wishlist
Dear Maintainer,
recent versions of debhelper allow us to add "dh-seqeunce-*"
build-dependencies, which will both install the requried package and
enable dh-sequences (--with=...) in d/rules.
This makes maintaining simpler, as we don't have to specify the same
information ("i want to use sequence 'foo'") in two places (d/rules and
d/control).
AFAICT, all is required is to add a "Provides: dh-sequence-buildinfo"
stanza to dh-buildinfo's d/control.
>From then on, enabling buildinfo is as simple as adding a B-D on
"dh-sequence-buildinfo" in any consumer package.
