Looks to me like you need to apt-get update. :) There is still a lower-priority bug here, in that gcompris*-data* 7.3.2-1+b1 never existed; gcompris is not binNMU-safe because gcompris depends on gcompris-data (= ${Source-Version}), but gcompris-data is Arch: all. Luckily, the latest version of dpkg now supports a new variable, ${source:Version}, which can be used with a build-dependency on dpkg-dev (>= 1.3.19).
