Dear Maintainer,

I have noticed the following log output during boot:

```
dracut-initqueue[696]: /sbin/lvm_scan: 55: grep: not found
dracut-initqueue[695]:   Configuration node devices/filter not found
dracut-initqueue[699]: /sbin/lvm_scan: 61: grep: not found
dracut-initqueue[698]:   Configuration node devices/global_filter not found
dracut-initqueue[682]: Scanning devices dm-0  for LVM logical volumes
debian-vg/debian-vg-swap
dracut-initqueue[682]: debian-vg/debian-vg-root
dracut-initqueue[702]:   WARNING: File locking is disabled.
dracut-initqueue[682]:   debian-vg/debian-vg-root linear
dracut-initqueue[682]:   debian-vg/debian-vg-swap linear
```

It seems it started happening some time in the last few months, but I
can't reliably point to a specific version.

Things still work, but FWIW I have the simplest lvm setup necessary for
LUKS.

Thanks
