Hello,

I am about to upload the current version of doxygen, before doing that I run a quick scan of build-deps of doxygen (https://salsa.debian.org/debian/doxygen/-/wikis/ratt_doxygen_1.9.4-1_amd64-partial) and found that this package FTBFS with this error:

  mv: cannot stat 'docs/Doxyfile.bak': No such file or directory
