The documentation for the rm option gives examples like

        dcut rm -f DELAYED/X-day/foobar.deb

which indicate that dcut rm takes a list of files on the command line
and will assemble a commands file for itself. For most files this seems
to work fine however if a .changes file specified then dcut appears to
try to read the .changes file:

| $ dcut rm --searchdirs -f zlib_1.2.12.dfsg-0.1_source.changes
| Uploading commands file to ftp.upload.debian.org (incoming: /pub/UploadQueue/)
| [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'zlib_1.2.12.dfsg-0.1_source.changes'

rather than trying to delete the .changes file.
