gappa is marked Architecture: all, but it really is
architecture-dependent as it contains an amd64 ELF binary. It should be
Architecture: any. It also lacks ${shlibs:Depends}. Lintian should have
been complaining loudly about this. Did you run it? FTP master sanity
checks should have caught this. I wonder why they didn't.
