Dear Maintainer, I would like you to enable Zbar's Python GIR Gtk widget. It is done automatically when the build environment contains libgirepository1.0-dev and gobject-introspection. Debian used to include python-zbargtk, which was a Python 2, GTK 2 implementation of the Zbar widget. For Python 3, Zbar includes a GIR-based widget, which can will be loaded by the gi module when it finds ZBar-1.0.gir and ZBar-1.0.typelib in the system (which are generated by the aformentioned libraries). >From my tests, libzbargtk0 will not require any additional dependencies. (I could use the GIR files I generated with the libzbargtk0.so provided in the Debian repositories).
