I'm happy to do a backport to bullseye once it migrates to bookworm.
BTW, it's probably safe to remove the versioning in the build-deps
(other than debhelper-compat, obviously) for this package. Bullseye
released with libxfce*/libxfconf/xfce4-dev-tools 4.16, which is equal to
or higher than all the build-deps.
