Thank you for the report, Vignesh.

As this issue is rather intermittent, and it has happened only once on
the Debian arm64 buildd for 2.2.3+1-2 back in 2018 (see
https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=guile-2.2&arch=arm64 ;
all other intermittent build errors were due to test-out-of-memory),
and since guile-2.2 has been building fine on all architectures, I am
hereby downgrading the severity from "serious" to "important".
