When gudhi was recently binNMU'd for the onetbb transition, it silently lost its dependency on libtbb. Compare the "Depends:" line of the python3-gudhi binary package in the most recent build log [1], to the previous one [2]. I did not find any errors in the most recent log, but I did notice that the lines below, from the previous log, were missing.
