Source: pcre2 Version: 10.40-1 d/copyright claims that pcre2's sources are downloaded from ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/programming/pcre/ which had the pcre3 sources. This was probably copied from pcre3 on package creation. The d/watch file has the correct pcre2 location.
