This indicates that it should not be built. wireguard was merged into the mainline kernel in 5.6, so this package should not have been released with bullseye at all. It should definitively not be part of bookworm. It may have some use in sid as long as stretch/buster kernels are still supported (in (E)LTS as well) ... Andreas
