Hi Folks,

I've tried to give packaging netavark a shot, but it seems it requires a
number of other rust modules, such as rust-iptables, to be packaged. Also,
it seems to require a number of existing packages in debian to be upgraded.

I did manage to build it with all modules vendored in, and I'm
contemplating moving forward with that approach, mostly out of desperation.

Podman upstream really would like to see podman 4.1 in sid, but nobody is
really comfortable running podman 4 without netavark -- too many cool
networking features depend on netavark.

Any chance someone could give me a hand with this netavark package?
