https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1640212 (when I mentioned missing CSS, this would be the same bug) where non-Debian machines are affected. However, I could reproduce the bug only with the Debian package. And possibly also related to non-working IPv6, but only after an unexplained issue with IPv4.
