This passes the default CFLAGS from dpkg-buildflags, which includes the -ffile-prefix-map argument to avoid embedding the absolute path in compiled files. With this patch applied, libnss-gw-name should build reproducibly on tests.reproducible-builds.org! live well, vagrant
