Dear maintainer. The Google Chromium source tree contains the tool courgette, which makes binary deltas (allegedly much better than bsdiff, upon which it is based). Chrome uses it for updates, but it seems that there's also a little CLI tool included. Would it be possible to have that built and put into a package?
