Package: busco Version: 5.3.1-1 Dear Maintainer,
I have installed busco and attempted calculating coverage of a genome of interest: $ busco -i GCA_000742995.1_ASM74299v1_genomic.fna -l xanthomonadales_odb10 -o xanthomonadales -m genome busco first crashed due to missing hmmsearch executable, then, after installing hmmer, due to missing prodigal executable. I propose adding hmmer and prodigal as dependencies of busco. Andrius
