The affected packages cannot satisfy their cross Build-Depends, because
their dependency on latex2html is not satisfiable. In general,
Architecture: all packages can never satisfy cross Build-Depends unless
marked Multi-Arch: foreign or annotated :native. In this case, the
foreign marking is more appropriate as latex2html exclusively deals with
architecture-independent file formats. Please consider applying the
attached patch.
