Package: matchbox-keyboard Version: 0.2+git20160713-1 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
The on screen keyboard does only have letters: no numbers, or punctuation/special characters, which makes it very hard to use it with a touch screen * What led up to the situation? I installed and started matchbox-keyboard on My RaspberryPI with Debian Bullseye * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? I clicked on the "Keyboard" item in the "Accessories" menu * What was the outcome of this action? The keyboard appears on screen, with only the letters, spacebar and "shift" * What outcome did you expect instead? Numbers, "ctrl" and "alt" should be there, and a way to access punctuation/special charaters -- System Information: Distributor ID: Raspbian Description: Raspbian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye) Release: 11 Codename: bullseye Architecture: armv7l Kernel: Linux 5.10.92-v7l+ (SMP w/4 CPU threads) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_CRAP Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages matchbox-keyboard depends on: ii libc6 2.31-13+rpt2+rpi1+deb11u2 ii libexpat1 2.2.10-2 ii libfakekey0 0.3+git20170516-2 ii libpng16-16 1.6.37-3 ii libx11-6 2:1.7.2-1 ii libxft2 2.3.2-2 ii libxrender1 1:0.9.10-1 Versions of packages matchbox-keyboard recommends: ii matchbox-keyboard-im 0.2+git20160713-1 matchbox-keyboard suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
