retitle 365846 "'dh-make-pecl --only 4' does not work when php5 is not available" thanks
It seems after all that the debian/control is right, except there is still a build-dependency on php5-dev. I understand this build-dep is necessary because otherwise debian/rules does not work. But it also means that dh-make-php is then not usable on Sarge at all, and possibly on future Debian versions where only one PHP version would be available at a time.
