I took a look at this and tried to figure out whether i could package it. sadly, it looks like there's some pretty ugly ABI breakage, which i reported upstream: https://github.com/jordansissel/xdotool/issues/387 I pushed a debian/experimental branch to https://salsa.debian.org/debian/xdotool that tries to repair the ABI breakage to some degree (it's imperfect, but also trying to not be super invasive), but it doesn't pass the expected tests, and i haven't looked into it further. If someone else wants to try to figure out what's breaking, i'd welcome any assistance. --dkg
