esbstex I found in
/usr/share/doc/texlive-latex-base/generic/babel/esbst.tex.gz
but romanidx.bst I didn't find at all. Is it present in tetex? Can I
include it now in some way?

Also not found at all ... any ready files you could send me for
inclusion? Please, send all I should include directly to me, and final -1
will have them (and not forget to tell me the location!).
